Sharps Containers set up in parks and along bike paths

Lately, there's been a lot of needles found in parks or in public places (like lakes), and there's no real proper place to take care of them while in public. Yes we can call the non emergency line for the PD, but they have more important stuff and it's hard to say how long they'd get to us. So maybe if we raise enough awareness, it'll come around to the city and make it's way to the right people.
