There is legislation pending that would take SPA dollars away from Cinco M.U.D. 12. These funds pay for events at Central Green. Cinco M.U.D. 12 also uses the funds for hurricane repair, intersection and road improvements, landscaping, infrastructure work, maintenance and beautification.
