No train whistles between the hours of 10 pm and 8:00 am.

It is very disturbing when a train blairs it's horns especaly between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am,iv'e spoken to a few people and they don't much enjoy it either, so thank you for your support on signing up for no train wisthles between the hours of 10pm and 8am so people can SLEEP.
