Petition Belmont Bay HOA to lower monthly assessments and fix sidewalks

Belmont Bay HOA has continued to increase owner dues year over year yet continues to let our public sidewalks go without repair. Join us in petitioning the HOA Board of Directors to reduce costs, and fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility to maintain our sidewalks.
