Skateboarding is not a Crime!

Under the Inverness City Ordinance it is illegal to skateboard on the public side walks; under this same ordinance it is illegal to skateboard on any public roadway. The city of Inverness has no designated area for skateboarders to skate. Near by towns have skateparks, but many skateboarders are too young to drive themselves there. Many parents are also to busy to taxi thier children to and from skate parks. The town supports honnies the keep kids out of drugs. Well this is one of them that they do not support, which in the end could allow kids to trail off into doing drugs.
