There was a Personal Assistant to the Head of Service, Office of the Head of the Civil service whom has become so rude to Government dignitaries, politicians with an unpleasant words, abuses, comfort lies, maltreatment, harboring idle contempt, and mannerless attitudes on every Government officials, politicians, individual and corporate, NGO's and to his fellow colleagues that requires attention and good response over day to day office activities, he had been so difficult and tough. The situation is getting out of hand as most times he often leave files unregistered, hoarding file at home home for no reason, staff that were supposed to undergo a training/courses had since missed their classes and admissions offered to them is lapsed. Sometimes files were spread everywhere on his desk, urgent mails that requires immediate actions were now a show up stuff on his table. Un-attended files where numbered at 114. How could Government of Yobe State Nigeria be so unchecked over it's administration. We Demand End to PA to Head of Service OHOS Yobe State Incompetence and Sabotaging Government Policies.
