STOP THE SENTENCING OF AN INNOCENT MAN!

Gregory Mark Bowles was never permitted to present one shred of evidence at his trial although it would have proven his innocence. All defense evidence was suppressed by the Court and his attorney, Wanda R. Gierman not only allowed it, but refused to even defend him in court by cross examination of the lying protections witnesses. The Judge, Frank Kundrat, would not allow the Jurors questions to be answered either, again suppressing all defense evidence. He will be sentenced on April 16, 2015 in St Cloud, Minnesota, Stearns Country District Court to 99+ months for alleged crimes that he did not and could not of committed. He is dying.
