Malaysia has become the highest rate of obesity and overweight among Asian countries? 64% of male and 65% female. Malaysia is one of the top three countries with a high percentage of obese children. Obesity has continued to increase. Many people get diseases due to obesity. An unhealthy diet and lack of exercise activity cause obesity.
