Give premature babies from 21 weeks a fighting chance.

Hello all over the world babies are born prematurely and in most hospital's they wont give them medical care until a baby is born at 23 weeks making them still unlikely to survive but require medical care.
I believe every premature baby has the same rights to be given a chance to survive! Look at Amillia Taylor now 18 months old born at just 21 weeks and six days into her gestation .A whole two weeks before the existing abortion cut-off.She is one of the world's youngest premature babies ever to survive if more babies born at such a young gestation have medical care needed then they too will have a fighting chance at living. I know the chances are slim but a mother is not prepared to give up on her child, at least we can say we tried instead off letting them die.
