Killian's law

In 2014 the state of south Carolina had 88 deaths do to motorcycle accidents. 2015 a shocking 137 motorcycle deaths compared to 88 in 2014. That's an increase of over 50 percent. We Need to make a stand. Changing our law to wearing safety gear is necessary to help prevent deaths in 2016.
