In 1991 Ken Register murdered, raped, (Crystal Todd) and raped her anally after she was dead. She had 34 stab wounds on her body. 5 were mortal wounds. Her head was almost cut off hanging by her spine. She was fighting with her left hand only because her right side had been paralized by the stab wounds to her head. He played with her body after she was dead, cutting her entrails out. Then he dragged her and threw her into a canal ditch like trash. Ken has been in jail now for approximately 32 years. It is now time for him to go before the parole board to try to get parole. He was originally sentenced to natural life in prison. So how in the world does he now qualify for parole?
