Requesting our community to be a safer and more cleanly environment for ourselves and our families. Price's seem to be rising but the community of Camelot as a whole is spiraling out of control and when we turn to our office for concerns we are treated as cattle: expect to pay our bill as well as keep to ourselves. Houses have been broken into, there is no sort of neighborhood watch or any type of security, our pool has been out of commotion all summer and only starts up a week before August which is heading into fall and will be closed shortly.
When I "personally" moved in here we were under ARC and they kept things not only in order but the rate of house's being broken into was lower, everyone was to keep their own living areas clean and tidy as well as everyone was heard and questions were answered. Our base rent (for a double wide trailer) was $570.00 as of January 2013 and now at August 2015 the base rent has jumped up to $615.00 with no prior notice as too why. We also were switched to RHP instead of ARC and it seems that they have raised our prices on other things but have no reply but "the charges have gone up." We, as a community need to be heard and stand together.
