As an Aspinwall Citizen, I would like to have Joe Noro considered for Mayor in Aspinwall. Joe Noro has served on the Aspinwall Counsel for more than 30 years. He has put his heart and soul into Aspinwall to continue to preserve our community. Joe Noro has been born and raised in Aspinwall, he has a passion to keep the best interest of the community, Aspinwall the Town Pride was Built.
