Request ICANN/IANA to make the .list generic top level domain.

A lot of people use the word "list" to refer to a collection of ideas. For example, a person might have a "bucket list" or a "shopping list". It would also be amazing to refer to websites that have large lists like these as such, with domain hacks. Therefore, this petition humbly requests that ICANN/IANA cooperate to make the .list generic TLD (top level domain).
