demand that basic first aid and CPR be mandatory in public school

the public school system currently does not require basic first aid or CPR to be taught in schools. there are some states that have all ready made this a graduation requirement but it is not a federal requirement. schools should teach this, by knowing basic first aid or CPR it can save lives.
