Neighbors against Brighton Homes and High Density Housing

We have a vacant parcel of land under five acres is that is currently zoned for one house per acre, plus or minus. A developer is trying to buy the property and build 14 duplexes on 3.85 acres of the land. Nearby neighbors whose properties are of at least one acre in size do not want this type of high density housing to be built.
