Sophies right to go to Pebsham Academy

Sophie lives 0.73 miles from the Pebsham Academy. It's our local primary school. She was refused admission because to may people applied that either lived closer or had a Sibling at the school.
She would have been given a place but because the council did not look After the public footpath near our home. We wasn't allowed to use it as a short cut. So have to walk the road way which makes us further away from the school. So because the council did not maintain the path, it's my little girl that suffers!
The idea of this petition is to try to force the school or county council to give Sophie what she should have already been given, which is a place in her local primary school!
Sophie has sensory processing difficulties and will not cope in the bigger school that she's been allocated. This situation is so unfair. So please please sign this petition and help my girl.
A bit extreme I know, but I'm left with no choice.
