None of the Above

In the American form of democracy we arrive at relatively low quality candidates on which to vote. To begin to address this ever growing problem we call for states to add to the bottom of each voting ballot a box labeled "None of the Above." If 50% vote this way the election needs to be re-run with new candidates and perhaps new parties.
