Preserve the Hollywood Riviera Hillside Overlay Section

The Hollywood Riviera Hillside Overlay Section Ordinance was created to protect the original design layout, views of the community, and investment of homeowners.  

Approval of second story additions that obstruct the views of neighbors and change the overall architectural scheme will contribute to the loss of the original design of this part of the city and create a precedence that will further jeopardize this great community.

The City of Torrance needs to honor and uphold the integrity and history of the Hollywood Riviera by preventing the development of future buildings that will jeopardize this original intent by continuing to enforce the Hillside Overlay Section Ordinance.
