International request to bring Samir Kada back to the USA.

This is an international request from many countries in union to request congress into bringing Samir Kada back to the United States to be joined with his children and family. He deserves a second chance and keeping him in Iraq is sending him to death. We stand as one nation under God so we will stand in agreement that Samir be returned imediately back to the United States.
