Demand to expand cottage food products to sell from home

I believe everyone has the right to make a living, as long as it is a legitimate living. The American dream is to be able to be a business owner, and what better way to do that is to start small and work your way up.

I have been a single mother for 18 years. I attended Culinary School and I am taking more classes to further my education on running my own catering business. I enjoy cooking and feeding others and I believe that I could make a difference in not only my life but the life of others by the food that I cook. I have a heart disease and it prevents me from working 90% of the time. To be able to prepare foods for sale in my home on my time would be wonderful. I'm asking for the legislation to expand the products for sale under the cottage food law.
