Designate SW 74th Avenue for Pedestrians and Bicyclists ONLY; NO CARS!

ATTENTION! For all of you who enjoy walking through SW 74th Avenue to the grocery, coffee shop and just having a healthy walk through the neighborhood. Washington county is trying to make this a traffic through street. This endangers the pedestrians and bicyclists who use this path as well as the children who live next to the connection. We are asking our legislators to help keep this through way for pedestrians and bicyclists only. This little street has too many blind spots and intersections for safe passage of cars who do not belong in the neighborhood, and cannot see the hundreds of people on foot using it. Please help us to keep this area safe and healthy for our neighborhood!
