grand parents rights international

because grandparents should have right to involved in their childrens lives, when eather parents is not responsible enought to take care of them. so many times the grand parents spend thousands of dollars on medicine, diapers ect. they give these children love and support and are main staples in there life.  parents get in trouble or dont get their way, and visitations are taken away from their granparents. or they move to another state and there are no grandparent rights. this hurts the children. help me pass this law. lets not let the children suffer any longer.
