Equal Rights for All - Utah Supports Inclusive ENDA

We, the undersigned constituents in the State of Utah, ask our Congressmen to support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. Fairness in the workplace is an American value and for this reason a federal workplace non-discrimination law should protect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people. Qualified, dedicated workers should not be denied job opportunities, fired or otherwise discriminated against for reasons that are unrelated to their job qualifications or performance. Job discrimination denies qualified individuals the ability to earn a living and provide for themselves and their families. Please support an Employment Non-Discrimination Act that covers both sexual orientation and gender identity so that all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people are provided equal opportunity in the workplace under federal law.
