Demand to Construct Natural Gas Pipes in Remington, VA

The price for propane gas is increasing and coming to a point where in I will not be able to afford it. I had been threatened by Quals a couple of times to stop propane gas delivery to my house because I cannot afford the $250 monthly budget plan I was put on. I had to call every year to lower it to $200 a month and even though I pay the $200 every month, they still threaten to stop delivery.

I am a single mother living with my 13 years old son and 71 years old mother. Natural gas would not charge $200 in the summer.
