Petition To Target To Give Melissa Ray Credit For Their Tank Top Designs

I, the undersigned, would like to petition Target to give recognition and credit to Melissa Ray for the designs that they used for their tank tops.
Melissa Lay is the woman behind the successful Sandi Lake clothing in Etsy. She sells t shirts and tank tops that she crafted and handmade herself in her online shop. Just recently a few of Melissa's friends sent her a few pictures of tank tops from Target with designs that are similar to her best sellers. As per Melissa's Etsy page, she has been selling her tank tops with #Merica and American flag design since 2014. The tank top that Target sells has a different fabric and the design is slightly varied but it is still very obvious that they have copied the designs of Lay.

In this regard, I implore Target to, at the very least, give Melissa Ray the recognition and credit her designs deserve.
