Veterans not getting a raise

As a U.S Navy Veteran we shouldn't have to wait on the Federal and State Government to raise min wage to get a raise. Yes I do make 25 cents more than min wage. But 4 years with out any kind of raise review no paid Vacation. Lets come up with something not just for Veterans but every Cook. If Steak n Shake corp can help please the store I work is a Franchise.
