Allowance of Hoof Boots in Both EA and Ponyclub

I have started this petition to get peoples support on changing not only PCAQ but Pony Club Australia and EA rules in regards to the use of Hoof Boots/ Over Boots.
Hoof Boots are becoming more and more popular as a alternative non-invasive way of protecting your horses hooves against hard ground and rocks. The new generation of hoof boots can be used in all terrains including water, sand, snow, dirt, gravel, bitumen and grass. These do not inhibit horses movement and do not enhance the horses other then comfort. Boots can be used both long or short term and allow the hoof to heal and grow, unlike shoes which over long periods of time can deteriorate the hoof wall.

I am trying to get pony club and equestrian Australia to update their rules in favour of the use of these hoof boots, as they are beneficial to the horses hooves and don't have the negative effects long term shoeing does.
