Fair Taxation

Effective taxes in the US have steadily gone down for the upper income for 50 years resulting in an ever-expanding wealth disparity. Both democrats and republicans have facilitated this wealth problem causing much social strife.
I propose that taxes be applied to all income and to increase the rate for all high-income groups. Also, I propose closing ALL tax "loopholes" for incomes over $500,000. The income from these changes should first be used to ensure all kids receive a very good education.
