We CAN sue the Australian government for failing to meet climate change agreements!

Australia is one of the biggest climate criminals on the planet. Due to the government failing to meet climate change agreements..such as the Kyoto pact (remember that one) we as Australians are just as guilty if we don't hold our country responsible.
