Abuse of Management and Staff Power of Harbor Lights

Abuse of authority as well as Physical, Verbal and Written Harrassment done towards and to occupying Tenants and their Landlord. We are tired of their endless and bogus filings and truly need this abuse and imcompetency to end.
THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS DONE NOTHING TO PROTECT US THE TENANTS FROM SUCH ABUSE.  GENERAL MANAGER VIRGINIA BROWN HAS CONTINUED TO ALLOW THESE ACTIONS DONE BY HER SPOUSE AND STAFF MEMBERS TO THE ELDERLY, DISABLED,HANDICAPP AND OTHER PAYING TENANTS AND LANDLORDS AS WELL.
We the Tenants have found her to be incompetent of her position and would want her to be removed along with her spouse Clement Brown, office staff and all other staff members under them as well.
