GRANT US FULL ACCESS TO OUR PHONES AT ALL TIMES !!

Dear BCP Staff,
We the People, feel as if we should have full access to our phones at all times. We feel this way because the staff don’t care about our personal items. Our cellular devices has been left broken, down the hall, & etc. We think it’s time for a change.
