Remove Names off Resumes

Colorblind racism has no effect on structural and institutional racism.
Racism is a system and it benefits certain people at the expense of others, ignoring it only continues to let this problem exist. YOU (point) not acknowledging race only perpetuates racism. It is a topic that needs to continue to be talking about. We are all responsible because we are the ones who created the problem and problems don’t get worse by talking about them and ignoring them won’t make them magically go away. Laws, systems, and communication are necessary in ending racial biased.
