All US Representatives and Senators should only be allowed to serve two terms like our US President. While most Congressmen get into office with good intentions, over time, power does corrupt, they amass huge personal fortunes, go to work as lobbyists for big corporations and can't seem to get any substantive legislation passed without adding on lots of pork. Since Congress themselves want to protect their positions of power, it is up to the people clean up the mess and make them accountable.
