By signing this petition you are supporting the City of Carlsbad allowing urban wineries (by provisional use) in Carlsbad Village Districts 5 & 6.
As of now, these districts are zoned for the selling and/or pouring (tasting) of wine. However, production of wine is not yet allowed and therefore an urban "winery" is not permitted (only wine bars/tasting rooms/bottle shops). This petition is to support the city in allowing urban wineries.
There are currently urban wineries in carslabd village, just in other districts, such as Witch Creek Winery.
RESIDENTS IN DISTRICTS 5 & 6 mean the most! However, any support is welcomed with open arms.
