Demand Bowie county correctional center give offenders traditional mail privileges back

Bowie county correctional facility has taken away the right to standard mail.. they have adopted a smartjailmail program where you HAVE TO BUY "ESTAMPS" and charge you 1.50 for one transaction..also the minimum is $5.00 . Demand they return the right to standard mail and make the smartjailmail program ooptiinal. I know it doesn't seem like very much but if you don't have access to a credit or debit or if you're elderly and doesnt seem like you can figure it out then our loved ones don't get mail , visitation. Or communication with their family or loved ones....please demand basic rights be kept as long as the offender isn't abusing the use of it .
