Please Demand changes in No Contact Orders

I'm a strong advocate against Domestic violence. But i see in the State of Washington that the laws the have in place are not to persevere family but it destroys most. Can someone please tell me how can a state force a husband and wife not to love each other? Or by having an argument with the person you love leads to an assault 4 charge. People this is not right. Now I'm not trying to start this petition to let a person that beats the person he or she call their self loving. Only to try to stop the destruction of the family foundation. You can do everything to court want you to do and they can still tell you to stay away from you family. Wife, husband, children, put your family on welfare. Pay fines to the court. Taking away from the people you suppose to be taking care of. People this is not right and we can change this. Please please please every case is different. Just asking we as a people stand up for what is right.
