Petition for my Children's Scholarship

I've seen Ms Bianca Araneta Elizalde on the tv program "Proudly Filipina" by Charlene Mulach. Ms Bianca mentioned about being happy to help the poor and unable children to be in school, thru her scholarship programs.

I would like to petition for the scholarship of two of my children: Arra Czarina, 17 years old, 2nd year HRM student and Carlo Cezarr, 16, 4th year high school going to college next year.

I am a widow and with the loss of my husband, I need help in sending them to school. Thank you.
