Keep Sexual Offenders Away from Nightclubs

Predatory behavior is extremely common outside night clubs, where men will suspiciously lurk as they wait for their next possible opportunity and victim.

Police response is minimal, and they often fail to respond and investigate harassment and suspicious persons appropriately. 

Sexual offenders are banned from school zones, but the importance of protecting innocent people should not go overlooked when they become an adult.

Sexual predators have NO PLACE being anywhere near a night club during or around operating hours. There can be no possible good intention, and sexual offenders have lost their right to the benefit of the doubt.

Sexual offenders should not be allowed within 300 feet of a nightclub during or around operating hours. In allowing them to do so it is a direct threat to public safety.
