Ban Sale of Glass Alcohol bottles

The San Carlos Apache Reservation is riddled with beer bottles, often times shattered coating the ground, making it unsafe and very difficult to cleanup. By the elimination of glass beer bottles for purchase on the reservation we can subsidize the amount of litter we see on our land. Alcohol will still be for purchase in its counterpart of aluminum and in some cases plastic.
