Demand for new management company and HOA board president for Lancaster Gate

Break in's in our home, our mailboxes, Parking enforcement, broken common doors, I 'm sure the list is a lot bigger but enough is enough. The management company PAS that is contracted to manage our property is extremely unprofessional and rude. They are incompetent and slow to action, it's about time WE as home owners do something about this. If you have experienced issues with the HOA board or Management company, I invite you to add your signature and a comment if you like about your experience. Which we will deliver to the board at the next HOA meeting. We have been broken into 3 times in 2 years and they still have done nothing, our safety as a community should be number 1.
