Our goal is to get 5,000 signatures by Miley Cyrus' 17th birthday in November. Once we get to 5,000 signatures, I will personally send this URL to Miley, along with a few quotes from some of the people who signed the petition. Tell EVERYONE you know to sign this! Miley NEEDS to know what she is doing!
