Help shield your child and those you love - Canadian social injustice!

An investigation by The Globe and Mail in February revealed that a disproportionate amount of sexual-assault cases were being dismissed as "unfounded," meaning the investigating officer did not believe a crime occurred or was attempted. Now, law-enforcement agencies are reviewing more than 37,000 cases and many are pledging to revamp their approach to policing sexual violence.

Help shield your child from social injustice!

Here is what Raj Napal, Ontario criminal lawyer has stated:

"I have thought a lot about the system and procedures in relation to private complaints in Canada. It is unjust and allows the Crown(prosecutor) to stop a victim who has been abused telling her story in court. The court should be the gatekeeper, not the Crown. There is unjustness and inequity of the system as it presently stands."- Raj Napal -criminal lawyer

The Globe and Mail: 80% of sex assaults go unreported. Out of 20% reported, only 4 out of 10 become convictions. That is just 8% convictions! Police's failure to properly investigate and charge perpetrators may be the reason why 80% is never reported.

*Between 2 to 8% are false reports therefore Police are closing too many!

If you have young children, or children in college or university, please sign this petition to assure awareness and that laws get changed by the time they grow up or get harmed.

Seems like our public servants; Police, Detectives, Crowns, those who get paid from your hard earned dollars, do not want to do any more work than the bare the minimum and when challenged through victim's complaints, "to serve and protect" turns against and even targets the victim them selves!!! Often times, Crown Attorney's will find any reason they can to stop a prosecution from proceeding, like; she's not credible, it's not in the public interest, there is no reasonable prosepect of conviction, or the crown attorney's want to protect the accountability of the police negligence, when victims pursue private complaints by presenting their evidence to a crown prosecutor themselves, when police do not place charges, so as a result, the victim doesn't even get a day in court. Sex Assaults are second to murder for most severe criminal offenses.

Is this what we want? Is this Canadian Justice?

Vote for the change. Get the unjust out of the justice system now! CBC will be releasing an exclusive news story on the Judicial Review against the Crown Attorney's office, in hopes of making change when it comes to Police, and Crown negligence and misconduct in the area of sexual abuse complaints. Every Canadian citizen who is a victim of any crime, needs to know that if the police are negligent, malicious or fail to place a charge where they should, that they can rely on going to a crown prosecutor, who will process the charges and put in the neccessary work to protect society from these crimes.

Every girl or male with a reasonable amount of evidence should be able to report their sexual assault and get in front of an unbiased judge or jury, who will decide on the merits and no one else. The judge should determine credibility and be the final decision maker in any judicial process.
