Looks like Qld State Government are making another poor decision and wasting our hard earned money on something which should never be put in place.
This is what they do to a small family owned business, disgraceful and its "Discrimination" not giving Wilsons Boathouse the same Lease extension as the others that TMR control in the area.
Wilsons Boathouse have just WON The Australian Best Formal Seafood Restaurant in Australia, so that puts them on the MAP!
Tourists who will visit will not only dine at Wilsons Boathouse, but, may also visit other family owned businesses in the area and spend more dollars.
Wonder what TMR are planning to do with this plot on the point......High Rise Apartments and spoil the Bayside veiw for the locals.
