Removal of katiful from BAF Combat Events

Katiful has plagued BAF events with his ping. Time and time again, he claims that he will fix his ping. His lag is inexcusable, and has been distinguishable in many clips that practically anyone in BAF can provide you with. Until he fixes his internet, he should be banned from all BAF combat related events.
