Demand the rule for fence height in county be changed

Fences that are 4 ft. high are not high enough to block any noise from M-21 in Owosso, MI. Our goal is to have the law changed from 4 ft. to 6ft. Our yard is 2 ft. lower than the highway and a 4 ft. fence would not be as effective as a 6ft. fence.
