Let the South go.

Since April,12,1860 the Confederate States of America has been formed as its own sovereign nation. As is the definition of a nation the CSA had its own Constitution, government, sufficient population, economy, and all else that resides within a well regulated nation. Furthermore the so called surrender was made by General Robert E. Lee of the Army of Northern Virginia. General Lee on no grounds had the authority to surrender the CSA as a nation and as seeing no evidence what so ever of an official surrender by Jefferson Davis or a government official, the CSA is a conquered nation under a war that by the Constitution was illegal to enact.
