Rethink Interracial relations or illegalize it.

In this modern time I don't find American society mature enough to reproduce persons of a biracial background if society is still operating pre-civil war era in placing or judging a half black and half white person as a black person. This judgement defies American freedom and I have yet to see American Freedom at it's power. From a personal standpoint I have been judged from physique and whatever else from what I don't know as a black person. Sure, I've had my fair share of mistreatment from both black and white. I've heard racial jokes that I don't laugh at. I think race relations are still a huge problem in America that no one seems to take strict initiative to solve the problems. I've had mental ailment. I've been through judicial dysfunction. From proposing a solution I think interracial parents should have a counselor. Expecting a biracial child to be socially comfortable off the bat is not reasonable. The biracial child may be resentful, angry, depressed, could have mental ailment and other dysfunctional emotions. I'm referring to human rights to be instilled to a biracial child. Otherwise I'm in favor of illegalizing interracial relationships and marriage.
