On August 10, 2018, a 27 year old male by the name of Dennys Llopiz brutally murdered a precious 3 year old child.
The state is seeking Death Penalty, however, he claims that he is mentally unstable and Florida law states that if a person is mentally ill there could be a chance of pardon.
Although we believe that justice will be served we cannot take the chance of this monster ever walking our streets again so we want to enforce a petition from the community to help us weight in the decision.
As her family, we demand the worse of penalties. We demand Mandatory Life In Prison Without Parole for this monster who ripped her away from us.
