Send out phone alerts when a child goes missing

With the recent news of the little boy noah who sadly lost his life due to running of and going missing i would like to petition for phone alerts to be sent out to all phones when a child goes missing. This could help find children quicker and hopefully avoid the changes of fatality happening.

There are many cases where a child can go missing and end up in an area other than where they are originally from. By sending out alerts to people's phones, this can alert everyone that this child is missing and increase the chances of them being found. Not everyone uses social media or watches the news so in the case that a child is missing there is a chance that this child could be seen and some people not be aware that they are missing so by sending out alerts this could make everyone aware.
